Centennial Fencers Excel In Novice Tournament

The Centennial Fencing Team competed Saturday in a special tournament for novice fencers at Cambridge HS.  The Knights faced other programs in the Georgia High School Fencing League, a league comprised of 14 schools in the greater Atlanta area. XC meet information – Lambert River Run – Sept 27

The meet this weekend is at Chattahoochee Pointe Park in Forsyth County.  The bus will leave from Centennial at 6:15 am.  Freshmen should report for duty at 6 am.  Expected time of return to Centennial is 12:30-1:00 pm.  We will NOT stop for lunch on the ride home. Boys XC practice Schedule – Sept 22-26

Monday – the team will take a bus to the Jones Bridge branch of the Chattahoochee National Park on Barnwell Road.  Expected time of return to Centennial – 6:15 pm.  Parents are welcome to pick up their athletes from the park. Tuesday – extended dynamic stretching followed by 4 1000 m runs on the grass.

The following boys have made the roster for the Disney trip. Debuys, George, Gilligan, Khallil, Pickett, Veringa, Haberstock, Leach, Pfeifer, Pollack, Solomon, Campbell, Goodsite, Lee, Lichtenwalter, Mack,.
