MON – Newtown distance run. The mile in Newtown park is to be run in group as an uptempo pick up. 90% of race pace (Hard effort). Expected time of completion- 5:30 pm.
TUE- morning practice on the track. 1 set of pace 400’s.
WED- 20 200’s on the practice field. expected time of completion, 5:30
THUR- Distance run, Old Wal-Mart loop (Holcomb BR-Old Alabama-Nesbit Ferry-Scott Road). Short option of Nesbit Lakes loop for athletes who cannot run 4 miles. Expected time of completion – 5:45 pm
FRI – prerace striders. expected time of completion – 4:30
