Boys Varsity Cross Country, Girls Varsity Cross Country · XC – practice schedule for week of AUG 6

Monday – 4pm.  One mile fitness test on the track.  Expected time of completion – 5 pm.

Tuesday – Morning practice.  Girls – 6 am; Boys- 6:45 am.  Workout is one set of pace 400’s.  Athletes who are not able to attend in the morning may attend an alternative practice after school.  Showers are available in the locker rooms.

Wednesday – mile repeats on the campus course.  Expected time of completion – 5:30 pm

Thursday – no practice due to Spike night at Road Runner sports at 6 pm.

Friday – 2.5 mile time trial.  Expected time of completion  – 5:15 pm
