Athletes and Parents,

The deadline to sign up for Group Strength Training sessions is today (August 4, 2015) at 4 p.m. You MUST print out the posted flyer and bring it into Just Fitness 4U in order to receive the group deal with the waived base membership fee.

Group Strength Training Sessions will be Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6 p.m. AFTER practices. There will be personal trainers plus a XC coach present the whole sessions. Sessions last approximately 45-60 minutes.

This is NOT required; however, it is strongly recommended to help prevent common injuries.

Student athlete memberships can be cancelled at ANY time at no charge (it is a month-to-month membership). Athletes get access to all the facilities as well as the fitness classes (Zumba, Yoga, Pilated, Cycling, etc.)
