Girls Junior Varsity Cross Country, Girls Varsity Cross Country · Group Personal Training Sessions

This season, there will be new emphasis on strength training and all-round conditioning in order to prevent injury and help athletes reach their peak physical condition. Please click on the link below for details about membership (for cross training) and group personal fitness classes (for strength training). Base membership fees have been waived and girls do not have to sign into a yearly contract (the contract can be terminated at any point with no penalty).
