Multiple Teams · XC summer camp information

Here is a packing list and a schedule for camp.

Packing list – WATER BOTTLE – water and sports drink will be provided from large coolers, but cups are not available, please bring a reusable water bottle for drinking;  towels – there are no towels provided in the cabins, i would recommend at least 2, maybe three towels; at least two pairs of running  shoes– in case it rains;  a pair of water shoes to wear in the creek and on the rafting trip;  enough clothes for 8 runs/workouts; money for lunch on the drive up on monday and drive home on friday (fastfood);  sleeping bags/air mattresses- the numbers of campers for each cabin is based on two per bed (including  the sleeper sofas)  in the past many athletes have found it more comfortable  to use an  air mattress or sleeping bag on the  floor;  anti chafing stick (bodyglide) ;  plastic bag for dirty/wet clothes; 2  bathing suits;  flashlight;
