6 am Friday – bus leaves Centennial, all athletes should report no later than 5:45 am for loading.
8 am (approximate) – stop fof bathroom break and breakfast
12:00 (approximate) – lunch stop
3:00 (approximate) – arrive at Disney All Star Sports Resort hotel on the Disney property
6:00 – team will bus to area with multiple restaurant choices for dinner. After dinner the team will visit the downtown Disney entertainment area. A Disney shuttle is available to return athletes to the hotel – a check in curfew time will be announced.
Saturday – race schedule posted on the Disney website.
Following the races the athletes will be returned to the hotel by the charter bus, at which time they will change, shower and depart for the Disney park of their choice. Periodic check-in and curfew times will be announced.
Sunday – 6 am depart for Centennial with breakfast and lunch stops on the way. Approximate time of return to Centennial – 2:00-3:00 pm.
The Disney hotel does NOT provide a breakfast but there is a food court on the property. Athletes will need to bring money for fast food breakfast and lunches for the bus ride there and back, as well as dinner Friday night and meals of their choosing at the park on Saturday. Athletes are encouraged to bring water, drinks, and snacks as needed. We will not have the ability to carry a water cooler, so all athletes should plan to bring their water bottles to the meet.
