XC – practice schedule for week of August 13

Monday – Mile repeats on Riverside trails course.  The team will take a bus or drive to the parking lot at the sand volleyball courts on Riverside drive.  Athletes may only drive themselves to this practice if they bettered their previous year’s performance in the time trial.  NOTE:  all runners must ride on the bus
