Welcome Home: Knights Move to 5-0 in Region

This weekend Centennial hosted their annual homecoming festivities and the entire weekend was a huge success! XC – schedule for week of OCT 15

MON – pre-race striders.  Expected time of completion – 4:30 pm. TUE – Harrier Harvest meet.  Roster is limited to 40 total athletes. Centennial XC is again volunteering to help support Blaze sports at the  Adopt-a-Mile cheer zone at Atlanta Track Club’s 10-Miler event!   Blaze needs at least 60 volunteers out there! – Centennial XC will be a large portion of this number. Any XC runner who volunteers will be awarded 5 extra lettering points, and have the satisfaction of helping

Centennial is volunteering to help support BlazeSports at the  Adopt-a-Mile cheer zone at Atlanta Track Club’s 10-Miler event on Sunday, October 21st! XC – change in practice schedule for WED/Thur

Due to the PSAT/SAT, most seniors will not be on campus tomorrow, so rather than make them return to campus for practice, i am changing Wednesday’s practice to a strava run.  Runners should complete a distance run at whatever distance they feel will help them prepare for the race on Saturday at Pickens.
