XC – practice WED 9-13

Due to school being closed tomorrow, we are going to adjust the time of practice.  After surveying the athletes, I have decided to set practice for 11 am tomorrow on the track.

If you are a late riser – you can still sleep in.

If you wanted a middle of the day break from your responsibilities – you get it.

If you wanted to get it over with earlier in the day – here you go.

If you do not have transportation available (mostly younger athletes) you are free to run on your own and record on strava.  The workout is 12 400’s at ideal 5k – which will be hard to replicate on your own, so please make every effort to join the team at school if possible.
