XC – Practice schedule Aug 7-11

Monday – one  mile time trial fitness test on the  track.  Expected time of completion – 5 pm

Tuesday – morning practice.  Girls 6 am – 6:45.  Boys 6:45 – 7:30

Wednesday – tempo Old wal mart.  Expected time of completion – 5:45

Thursday – recovery  run.  2-4 miles easy.  This will be completed on Strava on your own.

Friday – time trial #2.  Expected time of completion – 5:30 pm.

Saturday – Rocket Shot 5k.  Athletes  competing earn  5 extra lettering  points.
